This portal now includes the FAQ carried over from the legacy aiops.services landing page, covering monitored targets, language carryover, pricing display, and the use of AI-generated guidance.

何を監視していますか？

公開 URL の HTTP 応答、応答時間、表示状態、外部ステータス参照などです。内部 API や認証領域は取得しません。

What is monitored?

We monitor public URL response status, response time, rendered reachability, and selected external status references. Internal APIs and authenticated areas are not polled.

言語はどこに引き継がれますか？

ポータル上の日本語 / English 切り替えは、そのままログイン / サインアップ画面の初期言語へ引き継がれます。

Where does the language setting carry over?

The language selected on the portal is passed into the sign-in and sign-up flow as the initial interface language.

日本円は確定価格ですか？

いいえ。GBP を基準とした参考換算です。実際の請求額は Stripe Checkout 画面に表示される金額をご確認ください。

Are the JPY prices fixed?

No. They are reference conversions from the GBP base price. Stripe Checkout remains the final billing source.

AI による診断や修正提案はどう扱えばよいですか？

How should we use AI diagnosis and remediation prompts?
